This deep black liquid eye liner has a glossy, almost glossy finish. The extra-long applicator gives excellent control over line drawing, while the high-tech tip facilitates precise application. For a subtle look, place the Liquid Eye Liner against the inner area of the upper lash line and slowly draw a line from the inner to the outer corner of the eye. For a truly dramatic look, draw an additional line on top of the first, starting from the center of the eyelid and increasing in thickness towards the outer corner of the eye. Fill in the area between the two lines.
